WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Please send us your specifications detailing:
  • Provide your specifications:
    Date / Time (Evening or Matinee performance)
  • Number of Tickets needed
  • Seating Preferences (orchestra, mezzanine, group seated together)
  • Once you provide your specifications, we’ll work with the box office to fill your order, which typically takes 24 to 48 hours.  For some shows and dates, it could take a bit longer for the box office to reply.
  • We’ll contact you to let you know if the box office has filled your order.  If your order has been confirmed, we’ll email an invoice with the payment information inclusive of due date for your tickets.  
  • Please make a note of the due date and review your invoice for accuracy as soon as you receive it.
  • If the performance is sold out, we’ll present other options for your group.
  • While we wait for your tickets to be confirmed, see group dining offers for restaurants nearby the theater or contact us and give us your specifications so we can help create a memorable evening of dinner and entertainment for your group.

Paying for your tickets:  

  • Please submit payment by the invoice due date!  
  • If full payment is not received by your due date, the box office may release your seats for general sale. Due dates are determined by the box office and vary by show.
 
Terms:
  • Prices and group minimums are subject to change without notice.
  • Prices includes all Box Office and processing fees
  • Tickets sold as a group are considered a final sale; VenueBroker and the theatre do not allow cancellations, refunds or exchanges once tickets are paid.  
  • Orders must be paid in full with one form of payment.
 
Convenient Options to Receive your tickets:
  • Three-day delivery via Federal Express ($14.50 fee added to invoice)
  • Pick-up at the theatre’s box office (This is the only option available for off-Broadway shows and international clients.)
-NOTE: If you have booked and/or paid for your order less than one month prior to your performance date, your tickets may be held at the theatre.

If anyone in your group requires wheelchair seating, please advise as far in advance as possible.
